Arf, Huma, and Geoswift Launch Same-Day Settlement for Marketplace Sellers Worldwide

New real-time settlement solution brings instant payouts to millions of sellers — eliminating time-zone friction and accelerating global commerce

San Francisco, CA – August 15, 2025 Huma Finance, the first PayFi network, in partnership with Arf, Geoswift, and PolyFlow, today announced the launch of a breakthrough settlement solution that delivers same-day payouts to merchants on leading global e-commerce platforms. Built on Huma’s PayFi network, the solution provides sellers in Asia—one of the largest seller communities—with immediate access to funds that previously arrived at least a full business day later.

“Global e-commerce runs 24/7, but traditional banking rails don’t,” said Richard Liu, Co-Founder of Huma Finance. “PayFi closes that gap—turning settlement delays into real-time cash flow for merchants everywhere.”

Due to a combined factor of time zones across regions and banking hours, for sellers in Asia, payments are often initiated after local banking hours, pushing settlement to the next business day. Geoswift, a leading PSP specializing in cross-border payments, sought a scalable solution that meets strict regulatory standards while achieving near-instant settlement.

With this launch, Geoswift is able to fund merchant accounts as soon as the e-commerce platforms initiate the payout, leveraging Polyflow’s supplier financing platform, Arf's compliant global settlement infrastructure, and Huma's liquidity infrastructure.

The entire flow is orchestrated on the PayFi Network—automating disbursements, enforcing compliance (AML/KYC), and delivering real-time transparency.

The solution delivers instant settlement with marketplace sellers now receiving funds within hours, not days. The flow satisfies regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions involved, providing full compliance, and the infrastructure is built to support millions of global merchants and additional marketplaces.

“Our merchants asked for faster settlements,” said Raymond Qu, Founder & CEO of Geoswift and Co-Founder of PolyFlow. “We delivered and set a whole new benchmark for PSPs serving global marketplaces.”

This partnership demonstrates the power of PayFi to modernize global payments and commerce. By combining Arf’s compliant settlement capabilities with Huma’s scalable liquidity infrastructure, the Geoswift integration showcases a new model where programmable liquidity unlocks real-world speed, scale, and efficiency.

Marketplace sellers no longer wait for banking hours. They settle globally and instantly.
